A booking only become binding after receipt of a booking from you, followed by confirmation in writing from us. Please note the hotel's cancellation conditions.

Your room is available from approx. 3.00 p.m. and must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, you can have access to changing rooms, so that you can enjoy the treatments and services of our spa from the moment you arrive. Please call us and let us know if you intend to arrive later than 8.00 p.m.

All rooms & suites have a balcony, mini bar, TV (satellite and digital), radio and a safe.

We accept credit card payment with Mastercard and Visa, as well as EC cards and cash.

Please note: pets are not allowed in our hotel.

General cancellation conditions: For cancellations for other reasons the general cancellation conditions apply, which allow free cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival. In the event of cancellation within this period or early departure, the respective gourmet board price per person and day less 30 euros will be charged for unused services.
If required by law, the scope of services may be reduced. This has no effect on the room price. We would like to inform you that the currently valid Covid-19 hygiene regulations, rules and laws must be observed, which may change at any time due to legislation.

We recommend our great value travel cancellation insurance. We can provide a registration form on request. We cannot provide a refund for meals which were not eaten.

Upon release of a new pricelist or an increase in VAT, all previous pricelists lose their validity.
