Alpiana cancellation conditions

All cancellations must be received in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply in the event of cancellation:

• cancellation of the reservation between 30 days beforehand and up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date: 30% of the total agreed price;
• cancellation of the reservation between 15 days beforehand and up to the scheduled arrival date: 100% of the total agreed price.

We recommend taking out travel protection insurance: this insurance covers cancellation charges if – for serious reasons – you are unable to take your holiday.
We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation in the event of early departure.
