General cancellation conditions
For cancellations the general cancellation conditions apply, which allow free cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival. In the event of cancellation within this period or early departure, the respective gourmet board price per person and day less 30 euros will be charged for unused services.
If required by law, there may be a possible reduction in the scope of services. This will not affect the room rate.
Just in case…
In the case of cancellation of room reservations within a period of 2 weeks prior to your arrival, as well as late arrival or early departure, the respective ¾ Luxury Board price per person per day minus € 30 flat rate will be charged for services not claimed. For this reason we recommend that you take out an inexpensive holiday cancellation policy. All costs incurred because of cancellation will be covered by the insurer.
