Safety precautions for your health

We go on the assumption that guests fulfil the health requirements to enjoy our treatments. Therefore, please let us know at the beginning of your spa visit about any

• current conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, metabolic disorders or allergies
• pregnancies
• recently undergone operations
• or other physical complaints or conditions

Delays

We regret that we cannot extend treatments beyond the agreed time in the case of guests turning up late. If you arrive later than planned, your treatment will shorter accordingly.

Cancellation of spa appointments

If you are not able to keep an appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel your treatment the preceding day at the latest. We would like to point out that we charge 80% of the treatment price otherwise. Many thanks for your understanding in this matter!

Facial treatments for men

In order to obtain the best results from a treatment, we kindly ask you to shave a few hours before your appointment.

Etiquette during your time at the spa

Out of consideration for other guests, we kindly ask you to switch off your mobile phones during your time at ALPIANA SPA. Please maintain a quiet and reserved manner in all areas.

Clothing

We recommend that you wear the bathrobe and slippers that you will find in your hotel room. Our spa staff are instructed to remove your clothing when required during treatments. We will be happy to provide you with disposable briefs.

Sauna area and nudity

The sauna and rest areas are nude areas. Please use the sauna towels found on the shelves to the left of the entrance to the saunas to cover up if you wish. We require you to use hand towels in the saunas and steam baths. Entrance to the saunas is allowed only after 12 years of age. ‘Mountain View’ Sky Spa is reserved for adults.
